Recently, BirdLife International and the RSPB (BirdLife in the UK) launched an interesting new study called ‘Could do Better, How is EU Rural Development Policy delivering for biodiversity’.

The European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE) has just published the most interesting study Public Money for Public Goods: Winners and Losers from CAP Reform which examines which criteria could reasonably guide future allocation.

The Synthesis of Ex Ante Evaluations of Rural Development Programmes 2007-2013 for which TERESA project team members contributed is now available for download on the DG Agri homepage. It will play a vital role in the final analysis steps of the TERESA project.
